Natural Creations - Serving Southeast Ohio

Harvest & Harmony Festival Is Coming to Natural Creations

There is something about September in Southeast Ohio that just feels like a celebration. The air starts to cool, the landscape shifts into gold and amber, the tomatoes are finally at their peak, and the whole community seems to exhale after a long, busy summer. This year, we're marking that transition in a big way — and we want the entire Lancaster area to join us for it.

The Harvest & Harmony Festival is coming to Natural Creations on September 11, 12, and 13, 2026 — and admission is completely FREE.

Three full days of local vendors, seasonal shopping, handmade goods, plants, specialty foods, family-friendly fun, and everything that makes Southeast Ohio's community worth celebrating. Whether you come for a few hours on one day or make it a weekend tradition, this is the fall event Lancaster has been waiting for.

What Is the Harvest & Harmony Festival?

The Harvest & Harmony Festival is a three-day outdoor community event hosted right here at Natural Creations at 2008 Old Logan Rd. SE in Lancaster. It's a celebration of the harvest season — the time of year when gardens are at their most bountiful, the air smells like autumn, and the idea of slowing down and connecting with neighbors feels just right.

The festival brings together local artisans, makers, growers, food vendors, and small businesses from across Fairfield County and Southeast Ohio, all gathered in one place for a weekend of shopping, browsing, eating, and community.

Think of it as the best version of a farmers market, craft fair, garden center visit, and fall festival — all rolled into one free weekend event.

What to Expect at the Festival

Local Vendors and Handmade Goods

The heart of Harvest & Harmony is the vendor marketplace. We're bringing together artisans, makers, and small businesses from across Southeast Ohio — the kind of people who put genuine care and craftsmanship into what they make and sell.

Expect to find unique handmade goods, home décor, gifts, specialty foods, and one-of-a-kind items you won't come across in a big-box store. This is where you discover the candle maker from Pickerington, the woodworker from Fairfield County, the jam and honey producer from just down the road — and you get to meet them face to face.

Holiday shopping season is closer than you think. The Harvest & Harmony Festival is the perfect opportunity to start checking people off your list while supporting local businesses at the same time.

Seasonal Plants and Greenhouse Shopping

You're coming to a garden center, after all — and the Natural Creations greenhouse and retail space will be in full fall mode. September is one of the best months to plant perennials, ornamental grasses, fall color plants, and late-season herbs in Central Ohio, and our team will be on hand to help you find what's right for your garden.

Fall mums, ornamental kale and cabbage, sedum, native asters, and hardy pansy varieties are all excellent September additions to Lancaster-area landscapes. And of course, if you've had your eye on something all season, the festival weekend is a great time to stop in.

Family-Friendly Atmosphere

The Harvest & Harmony Festival is built for the whole family. The outdoor setting at Natural Creations gives kids room to move, explore, and take in the sights and smells of a working garden center in full fall swing.

Bring the grandparents, bring the kids, bring the dog. This is a community event in the truest sense — a gathering of neighbors, local makers, and small businesses in a place that feels like home.

A Celebration of Southeast Ohio

There's something intentional about the timing of this festival. September is the month when Southeast Ohio's agricultural heritage comes into full focus — harvests are winding down, farm stands are overflowing, and the landscape turns into something genuinely beautiful. The Harvest & Harmony Festival is our way of celebrating all of that: the land, the community, the creativity, and the people who make this corner of Ohio special.

Add it to your calendar now so it doesn't sneak up on you. You can add the event directly from our Events & Workshops page — Google Calendar, Outlook, and Apple Calendar options are all available.

Are You a Local Vendor or Maker? We Want You There.

The Harvest & Harmony Festival is actively looking for vendors. If you're an artisan, maker, grower, food vendor, or small business owner in Southeast Ohio, this is your opportunity to get your products in front of the Lancaster community during one of the best weekends of the year.

We're accepting applications from:

  • Artisans and handcraft makers
  • Growers and farm-direct producers
  • Specialty and gourmet food vendors
  • Home décor and gift sellers
    Plant and garden vendors
  • And any other small businesses with something great to share

Vendor spaces are limited — and they will fill up. We strongly encourage interested businesses to apply early. The application process is straightforward: submit your vendor application through our Vendor Application page, and once your application is reviewed and approved by our management team, you'll receive instructions on securing your space.

Vendor Pass Pricing:

Friday Vendor Pass: $50
Saturday Vendor Pass: $50
Sunday Vendor Pass: $50
3-Day Vendor Pass: $120 (discounted rate)

Please note: Vendor passes are for approved vendors only. Do not purchase a pass until you have received official approval from Natural Creations management. Public admission to the festival is always free.

Also Coming Up: Welcoming Natives Workshop — July 10th

While you're planning your fall calendar, don't overlook what's happening at Natural Creations much sooner. On Friday, July 10, 2026 from 6:00–8:00 PM, we're hosting the Welcoming Natives workshop — an evening event for anyone who has ever dreamed of a wildflower meadow, a shady garden edge dotted with native color, or a landscape that works with Ohio's ecology rather than against it.

This workshop bridges the gap between the garden you imagine and the one you can actually create — with native plant expertise, practical guidance, and the kind of hands-on learning that only happens in person. Seats are limited, so visit our Events page to register.

Why the Harvest & Harmony Festival Matters for Lancaster

Events like this one matter more than people sometimes realize. Every dollar spent at a local vendor booth at the Harvest & Harmony Festival stays in Southeast Ohio. Every artisan who sells out of their handmade goods gets the encouragement to keep making. Every family that spends a Saturday afternoon in Lancaster discovers something new about their community.

At Natural Creations, we've been rooted in this community for years. We source plants from Ohio growers, hire locally, and invest in relationships with the people and businesses around us. The Harvest & Harmony Festival is an extension of all of that — a chance to bring the community together in one place and remind ourselves that Southeast Ohio has something worth celebrating.

We hope to see you there.

Just went to this place for the first time, they had a nice selection of plants with prices comprable to most other nurseries and department stores.

I recently moved to Lancaster and was referred to another company. They were fine. They mowed. Due to a scheduling issue, I reached out to Natural Creations. I was amazed at the work they did! What a difference!! Highly recommend!

Excellent little greenhouse that is close to home. Prices are extremely reasonable, and everything is well organized. They have a great selection of petunias, from Supertunias to Easy Waves to other harder to find varieties like the Danziger Ray Black and Amazonas Plum Cockatoo. The staff provided great customer service and I look forward to coming back
